Job Description

Join Our Dynamic Marketing Management Team!Are you ready to take your marketing career to new heights Were seeking a passionate and innovative individual to join our team as a Marketing Strategy and Reporting Managerin a role that directly reports to the Marketing Director. This is a pivotal position where you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and contributing to the growth and successof our company. Core hours are 9am – 5.30pm and we operate a hybrid working model to support your work/life balance.About Us: Were a leading player in the student accommodation sector, and were on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join us in our vibrant central service office based in Liverpool.Your Role: As a key member of our marketing management team, you will:Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies and Budgets:

  • Craft and implement detailed marketing plans aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Analyse market trends, understand student needs, and create targeted campaigns.
Budget Management:
  • Oversee the marketing budget efficiently and effectively.
  • Forecast, allocate, and monitor resources for maximum impact.
Property Mobilisation Assistance:
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful launches and ongoing promotions for new properties.
Marketing Reporting:
  • Compile and present regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide insights into marketing performance, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a preference for those with experience in the student accommodation sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Adept at data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Articulate complex ideas clearly, maintain effective communication across teams, and engage with stakeholders.
Desirable Skills but not Essential:
  • Experience with Asana, Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • These tools are pivotal in our advanced data analysis and creative processes.
