Job Description

Marketing ExecutiveSalary up to £26kHybrid workingWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our clients prestige offices here in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the field of marketing.Main Responsibilities:

  • Support areas across the pitch process including research and preparing teams for pitch meetings.
  • Provide support for international trip planning.
  • Support event and webinar planning including creating invitations, presentation material, delegate lists etc.
  • Maintain intranet pages.
  • Support the coordination of publications and newsletters.
  • Management of merchandise
  • Setting up external webinars.
  • Assisting on major campaign activities.
  • Working on a CRM system
  • Support teams with business development and marketing activities for projects and campaigns.
  • Support & maintain the management of data within the CRM system.
Knowledge& experience:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent proof reading skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
