  • Looking for a strong Marketeer with sales experience
Marketing & Events ManagerLocation:Liverpool, UKThe CompanyWe are working with the largest UK company delivering the bespoke design and installation of Christmas Decorations to Commercial and Residential clients. We have a Franchise network of approximately 40 offices across the UK and service customers from everywalk of life/business you can imagine.Our company is looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Events Manager to join our growing team in Liverpool. The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have experience in marketing strategy, content creation, campaign management, and data analysis.The Candidate will also need to have experience of converting generated Marketing leads into Sales opportunities.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Create high-quality content for social media, email campaigns, and website
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Creating, planning and assisting at Trade shows and Events in attendance with the HQ team.
  • Analyze data to measure and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the Franchise network to develop and execute campaigns
  • Provide Marketing Training & Support to our Franchise Network
  • Provide support and maintain good relationships with our Franchise network and external suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Must be very organised with the ability to multi task and balance business needs through communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using WordPress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva and social media management platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC campaign management
  • Experience working within Retail branding is desired
