Joining a friendly and collaborative finance team, your remit will include: * Full, "top to bottom" accounting responsibility for 2 business subsidiaries from transactional level to year end budget setting* Monthly Management Accounts preparation* Variance analysis* Financial analysis and KPI reporting* Business partnering with senior management and budget holders* Ensuring regulatory compliance* Balance sheet reconciliations* Intercompany recharges/reconciliations* VAT returns Applicants will ideally be AAT Qualified and working towards CIMA or ACCA although the FC considers relevant experience more important so would look at experienced Management Accountants who arent studying or applicants who may be lapsed studiers looking toresume. You will have excellent people skills, with a proven ability of being able to build good relationships with finance and non-finance staff to board level. Property/construction (or similar) sector experience would be advantageous, as is SAGE 50 experience,but this is not essential.
