Head of Care - LiverpoolSalary £42000+ depending on experienceOur client s Hospice provides 24 hour respite, nursing care and end of life care, for babies and children up to the age of five, with life limiting and life threatening conditions.They require a Head of Care to manage, lead and work as part of a team providing specialised respite and palliative care, advice and support. The post holder will facilitate high quality, individualised care in collaboration with the multi disciplinary team.They will be responsible for the management of the hospice, the staff and the care and management of the children. The role also requires the post holder to maintain and monitor practices, standards of nursing care and staff development and to ensure thatall staff understand their individual responsibilities in meeting these standards.
