Job Description

Seafreight Export Clerk£28,000 basic salaryMonday to FridayLiverpoolPermanentAn international logistics company in Liverpool are currently seeking a Seafreight Export Clerk to join their expanding team. The purpose of the role is to expedite outbound movements of behalf of clients.On offer is a basic salary of £28,000 working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.The duties of a Seafreight Export Clerk are:

  • The planning and arrangement of international consignments
  • Following the clients instructions and requirements by sea freight of both FCL and LCL
  • Day to day invoicing and job costings
  • Handling cross trade shipments
  • Communication with overseas offices and partners
  • Ensure all enquiries or other communications are actioned
  • Ensuring the company meet data quality KPIs with the required tracking information
  • Making sure queries are cleared within the KPI timeframe
  • Demonstrate flexibility and team skills within the site department and ensure consistent service to clients
