Meridian health are looking for a Divisional Manager to work atTHE WALTON CENTRE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST,L9 7LJRole:a Divisional Manager, will be working closely with the Divisional Directors and Lead Nurse and Matron, will be responsible for the overall delivery of the service, will support the Heads of Services in the other disciplines and will also lead on a number ofTrust wide issuesDuties:1 .Carry overall responsibility for the management of the neurosurgery and pain clinical service, critical care and theatres.2. Work with the Clinical Directors and senior nursing teams to ensure delivery of a high quality and cost effective clinical service.3. Provide expert professional general management advice to support the clinical service and act as a role model for managers within the service.4. Provide strong, professional leadership to all staff groups within the Division and applicable Divisional services, and through the Operational Service Managers.5. Be responsible for developing and delivering the Divisional Operational planQualifications: Mastersor equivalent level of experience / management qualificationManagerial experience with a proven track record of success in the achievement of targets and the development of services.Demonstrable capacity and capability for operational/clinical service management at middle level in an acute hospital environment or similarly complex organisation, including staff management, financial management and change management.Demonstrable success in delivering change and performance with and through teams, by engaging them in development and delivery plans, establishing clear work priorities, delegating effectively, ensuring a capability to deliver, monitoring performance and givingfeedback.Demonstrable track record in writing successful complexbusiness cases and policies.please apply online or send you CV directly to
