At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply evenif you dontmeet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as a Data Manager:You will develop and implement a strategic approach to asset data management and investment planning and also be responsible for ownership of asset property data (managing, supervising, and maintaining it across a number of systems, including TRG’s Asset ManagementSystem). You will ensure a robust framework for data integrity, quality and analysing data as professionally and effectively as possible.You will lead and manage a small team of Investment Planning Officers to develop the annual and 5-year regional investment plans, whilst developing TRGs 30-year investment programme. Continue to evolve, innovate and provide data analytical solutions to organisationalprojects. Collaborate with senior stakeholders within the organisation and to present solutions in a timely and understandable manner.The Group has offices across the UK and on this basis, there will be the requirement to travel to other locations to effectivelyperform this role.About youThe successful candidate will have proven experience of handling large, complex data sets and identifying anomalies in data and proposing solutions. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and stronganalytical skills.
