Job Description

Page personnel are recruiting for a Client Money Reconciliations specialist on behalf of a well established wealth management business in Liverpool city centre.This is initially a temporary assignment, so please only apply if you are available immediately or at short notice.Client DetailsThis business has been established for nearly 50 years with their heritage firmly rooted in managing investments and traditional stockbroking.DescriptionThis client money reconciliations specialist role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • To perform FCA regulated Client Money reconciliations and to monitor the Client Money accounts ensuring postings are booked correctly across the general ledger through to bank clearance.
  • To support and work closely with the off-shore processing team and offer guidance as and when required.
  • Investigate and resolve all outstanding items by working with other departments/ external parties, where appropriate and monitor/chase to completion
  • Ensure compliance to Client money (CASS) regulations by performing and evidencing daily calculation page and ensuring all receipts and payments are allocated on a daily basis
  • Communicate effectively and work in co-operation with others in order to maximise teamwork and achieve intended results
ProfileThe successful candidate will require the following:
  • Experience with client money reconciliations
  • Experienced with CASS
  • Familiar with working in a regulatory environment
  • Great organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Available immediately or at short notice
Job OfferThis role will initially be a 3 month temporary position with a strong chance of extension.We are offering a very competitive hourly rate, dependant on experienceGreat holiday allowance and other flexi benefitsThis role could offer and immediately start for the right person
