Job Description

Business Development RepresentativeLocation: Office based in Liverpool city centreLloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting for a leading provider of asset finance solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses across various industries. With a commitment to delivering innovative financing options and exceptionalcustomer service, they empower businesses to acquire the assets they need to thrive and grow.They seek a dynamic and results-driven individual to join their team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting prospective clients, initiating conversations, and generating leads for oursales managers to follow up. This is very much a career based opportunity with the potential to progress into a field based role in future.This is an office based role, hours are Mon - Fri, 9-5.30pm.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our asset finance solutions.
  • Identify decision-makers and establish rapport to understand their financing needs.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and escalate qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and call activity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in the financial services industry but by no means essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
