Advanced Materials is a market leading manufacturing business based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Specialists in the production of silicone rubber, the business is going through an exciting period of growth and expansion.As such we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in our manufacturing facility.The role of Machine Operator is within our specialist silicone production environment and is a key role in the business. You will learn about silicone and manufacturing precision silicone seals and gaskets that meet our customers specifications.Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operating machinery safely and efficiently in various departments
Working as part of the Advanced Materials team to deliver on our promises
Meeting production quality and delivery targets on a daily basis
Conducting regular checks on quality and out-put efficiency
Gaining a thorough knowledge of a wide range of processes

Machine Operator Requirements:This is a critical role in our business and as such we are looking for someone that possesses the following skills and experience:

Reliability
Problem solving
Concentration and attention to detail
Team work
Able to follow instructions and meet production targets
Able to act appropriately when a problem arises
