Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative work in Purfleet. The rate of pay is £11.11 to £18.38 per hour. You will work fixed shifts. The hours of work available are: - Morning shift 6:30am to 2:30pm - Night shift 10:30pm to 06:30amYour Time at WorkAs a Warehouse Operative at this site, your primary duties will heavily involve the use of MHE equipment within a large racked and aisled warehouse to pick a variety of grocery goods. Typically, items you will pick and pack are: - Wine - Sauces - Shampoo - Confectionary - Pharmaceuticals - Domestic cleaning equipmentYoull be required to stack items in roll cages onto LLOPs, which are guided by digital wrist AMTs and trigger scanners.Our Perfect WorkerOur ideal Warehouse Operative is comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and has excellent time-management skills. Youll have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and awareness of other colleagues while driving the trucks. This is a role that includes some heavy lifting and repetitive actions in the picking and stacking of cages. Workers are targeted and measured on a performance pick rate; ongoing training and coaching are provided to ensure target delivery is reached and sustained.
