Service/Bodyshop Advisor - Motor Trade Location: BoltonSalary: 18-22k + bonus (OTE 24K)Working pattern: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday mornings on a rotaWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor or Bodyshop Advisor for our clients workshop in the Bolton area. For this position you must have experience within a car dealership Service department or an Accident Repair Bodyshop.This customer facing position which would suit a Service Advisor or Bodyshop Advisor involves dealing with the customer as they wish to book their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen. This opportunity is with a busy workshop/bodyshop and requires someone who can deal with customer volumes whilst delivering a high level of customer service We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, with the right personality and confidence to fit with the team. We are recruiting for a professional, well presented, confident Service Advisor or Bodyshop Advisor to work with the team on the front desk & workshop to hit and exceed targets. This is a position based on the front desk, customer facing, with a company with an excellent reputation. The right individual must have previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor, Bodyshop Advisor or Aftersales Advisor. We may consider someone from an independent garage who can show the knowledge, confidence and driven manner. Keen to speak to you whether you are from a large set up or small dealer, volume or prestige we will be interested in hearing from you.
