ResponsibilitiesThe role of a home care assistant is varied, and each day is different. Some of our clients do require personal care, however, some just need a chat and a cup of tea.A daily routine could be assistance with getting out of bed, washing, bathing, or showering as required. Help with dressing and once ready, preparation of their favourite breakfast and morning medication assistance. You will see clients on a regular basis,getting to know their needs and routines with the help of our handy app. Care plans and visit details can be reviewed on the app, so you can be safe in the knowledge that you are providing the bestpossiblesupport.Working hours are based on 7.00 am to 2.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm.We ask the whole team to work every other weekend, start at 7 am and do two evenings a week.We know that your free time and weekends are important, working every other weekend means no one misses out! (Please note, this does not mean you have to work thesehours every day)PayThe pay rate stated in this Ad, £12.44 weekday and £12.90 weekend is for drivers only.For a walking round, it differs as the rates above are inclusive of travel time and petrol.You willbe paid time and ahalf forworking bank holidays.You will be paid DOUBLE TIME for Christmas Day and New Years Day.
