Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator/ HR Advisor for an on-line global retail business based in West Cambridgeshire. The business is easily accessible from Cambridge, St Neots, Biggleswade and Huntingdon.Working in this fast-paced organisation with a retail product that is sold worldwide, this role offers a great working environment coupled with a rewarding generalist HR role for a 12 month contract to cover a period of maternity.You will have a generalist HR background and enjoy giving advice and guidance to employees and managers.The role

  • Partnering with the business providing HR support for specified areas
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to influence and build trusted relationships
  • Providing support in new and ongoing HR projects & Initiatives
  • Updating and maintaining the HR & Payroll database
  • Preparation of reports for HR on key KPI & SLAs
  • Assisting with policy researching and writing
  • Supporting and leading on case work including Investigations, Disciplinaries and Grievances
  • Assisting our colleagues across the business through wellbeing support meetings
About you
  • Available for a 12 month contract to start ASAP (ideally)
  • HR Generalist and Er experience required
  • Collaborative , team player approach
