Job Description

Would you like to work in a really unique and exciting environment in the role of adetail-oriented and reliable Accounts Administrator ina lovely tight knitfinance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks,including invoice processing, data entry, bank reconciliations, and payroll management. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical accuracy, excellent communication skills, and aunderstanding of Payroll regulations. Day to Day of the role:

  • Input purchase invoices onto accounting software and generate supplier reports.
  • Generate suggested supplier payments on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Import information onto the banking function and from the management software to the accounting software.
  • Manage data entry for company credit cards and assist with reconciliations of all bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash.
  • Assist with sales ledger invoice requirements and review nominal ledger activities for accrual and prepayment requirements.
  • Handle accountsemail correspondence and communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Distribute invoices for authorisation.
  • Perform payroll data entry, collation, processing, and review tasks.
  • Assist with the regulatory preparation and submission of VAT to HMRC.
  • Undertake general filing, administration, and month-end task completion processes.
  • Meticulous end-to-end payroll processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
