Following continued success, a rare opportunity has been created for an experienced Wealth Management Administrator to join on of the UKs most dynamic wealth management houses, at their Lisburn offices.Role Summary- Full administrative support to all the financial advisers- Scanning documents- Data inputting- Liaising and greeting clients when in the office- Arranging appointments for Advisers- Screening all incoming telephone calls and taking detailed messages where necessary- Servicing client meetings, preparation of all relevant reports and forms- Keeping the firms administrative records up to date- Ordering stationery and office supplies when necessary- Getting client policy valuations- Processing investment business, Mortgages and Life assurance- Dealing with adviser and client post sale requests such as TFC and drawdown from providers and platforms- Prepare timely and accurate materials to ensure reviews and valuations are delivered to clients within the agreed schedule.- Provide technical support both internally to the Financial Advisors but also externally to clients by taking ownership of customer queries and problems.- Regular liaison with providers, clients and financial consultants to obtain updates and ensure a smooth process from start to finish- Ensuring all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems within network timescales- Processing all new business submissions on back-office platformCandidates must have IFA administration experience and be familiar with all major investment platforms
