Accounts Administrator / Full time / LisburnReed Accountancy & Finance are working closely with a successful client in the engineeringindustry in Lisburnand are recruiting for an Accounts Administratorto join their smallteam.This is a permanent position office based.Working as part of a small team, the post holder will be of support to the Accounts Manager and will assist with any day-to-day administration.Specific duties will involve:Processing purchase invoicesMatching and coding invoices with purchase ordersQuery resolutionPreparing invoices for paymentProcessing expensesCredit card and bank reconciliation (daily)Booking travel and accommodationThe Person:Applicants should have previous experience working in an office environment and will be able to multi-task.Applicants will have a high degree of attention to detail and will be able to manage a high volume of work in a methodical way.Applicants will have previous accountsexperience.The ability to speak German would be extremely beneficial, but is not essential.If you have the relevant accounts experience and are looking for a new opportunity, part time or full time, please get in touch with Lizzy Lyons on and email an up to date cv to
