  • Monitors stock levels: order, issue and control stock making sure this is accurate with AX stock take bi-annual counting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and the beneficial use of CRM & AX (UK) to promote positive customer service.
  • Main contact for internal and external customers audits
  • Support the credit control team, raise purchase order numbers, resolve disputes, take payments, or liaise with customers in relation to outstanding invoice payments.
  • Communicating and ensuring understanding of functional and departmental goals.
  • Monitoring individual and team metrics and performance versus targets and identifying the need for corrective actions.
  • Engaging and co-ordinating with other Line Managers and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Any other duties reasonably requested, and which are within the scope, of the job.
Role requirements for Operations Facility Manager
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within a facilities and compliance environment
  • Complaint management and dispute resolution experience
  • Inbound and outbound customer contact management background
  • Used to working to and meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate Excel skills and strong general computer literacy skills including MS Office applications or similar
  • Experience within CRM systems
