Personal Insolvency Practitioner / Advisor(s) : All Levels of Experience Considered : PermanentREED Accountancy Practice NI are delighted to be partnering with our client, a boutique Insolvency Practice who provide insolvency solutions to corporate clients and individuals throughout GB and Northern Ireland.Due to an expediential period of growth, they are now recruiting Personal Insolvency Advisors / Exerts at varying levels to join them on this very exciting part of their journey.An IP is a trouble shooter, dealmaker, detective and financial wiz all rolled into one!If this is you and you are looking for a new, permanent opportunity, then I would like to hear from you ASAP.Reporting to the Insolvency Practitioner you will: Assist the Insolvency Practitioner with the preparation of documents, from initial advice through to the completion of the case Ensuring all cases are compliant in accordance with SIPs and current legislative frameworks Drive continuous improvement within the Company Ensure cases are progressed in a timely and efficient manner Show ability to work independently whilst co-ordinating office duties and responsibilities Undertake statutory investigation work for submission of conduct reports Attending and assisting at meetings both in and out of the office when required Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders Identifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of the Directors Work under pressure and have the ability to work quickly and accurately, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times.Essential Skills Ability to read detailed and complex documents including financial statements Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Able to work to tight deadlines Able to use their own initiative 5 years corporate insolvency experience essential Excellent communicator who can also be flexible to meet the demands of the businessBenefits and Package Excellent salary, DOE Opportunity to work towards an industry recognised qualification Continuous Personal Development to meet the high standards set by the regulator 24 days holiday plus statutory days Group Pension Scheme Annual and bi-annual performance appraisals Hybrid opportunity once a period of embedding has taken place Parking
