Finance Assistant- MalluskReed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-known and very successful company based in Mallusk. Our client is a family run organisation and a market leader in their field.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a supportive and busy accountancy function. This role is offering a competitive salary and the possibility of hybrid working once training has been completed.Daily Duties: Accounts Payable invoice processing Liaising with suppliers and supplier statement reconciliation Accounts Receivable invoice processing Credit Control Liaising with customers and customer query resolution CIS PaymentsDesirable Experience Ideally 3+ years experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Ideally have understanding and experience of working with RCT/CIS subcontractors tax General competence and confidence in use of new and varied IT systems would be beneficial and computer literate in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Strong communicator, with the ability to interact with different teams across the businessCompany Benefits 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) Enhanced employer pension contributions Sharesave scheme Group Life Assurance Induction plan and buddy programme Training and development opportunities Employee assistance programme Benefits hubWorking Hours Monday- Friday 8.30am-4.30pmIf you would like to be considered for this position, then please send your CV via the link provided.
