Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Lisburn, BT27 5QBSalary: £23,000 to £25,000, DOEHours of Work: Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 17.00 Friday 08.00 to 13.00 (39 hours)Contract: Permanent, Full timeBenefits: Competitive Salary (£23,000 to £25,000 per annum) 33 days holiday per year (inclusive of public holidays) Contributory Pension Scheme On-site parkingUnitrunk Ltd is one of the UKs leading manufacturers of steel cable management systems with distribution centres throughout the UK. We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Rep to join our Lisburn team.Customer Service Representative - The Role:Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers, including: Receiving & placing customer orders Handling customer complaints coordination & resolution Processing returns in line with company policy Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers Liaising with customers to ensure excellent customer service Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction Updating schedules Progress chasing Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Commercial LeadCustomer Service Representative - The Candidate:The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and driven.
