Job Description

Customer Service Administrator My client is a reputable companybased in Lisburn, who are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.This is a Full-time or Part Time permanent position.Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9.am-5.30pmHourly Rate 11.50 per hour12.50 per hourJob Purpose:You will be working as part of an office-based team where you will have responsibility for telephoning existing customers for orders, general office duties, email, and any other duties as and when required.Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades A- C (to include Maths and English)
or equivalent
  • 2 Years previous experience in customer service
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A polite, confident, and friendly manner
  • Confidence with using computers and email
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good Team worker
  • Well organised and thorough even under pressure
  • Use of Initiative
