Job Description

Central Services AdministratorA leading organisation based in Lisburn are currently seeking a Central Services Administrator to join their vibrant team.This is a Full-Time, Permanent PositionHours of work: 40 per week (Monday-Fridays)

  • Early shift: 7am4pm
  • Late shift: 10am7pm
With a salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Job Role:As Central Services Administrator, you will be providing full administration support with a strong customer focus.Essential Criteria:
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service role
  • Strong and demonstrable administration experience
  • Strong IT skills with the experience and sound knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbalwith the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Desirable Criteria:
  • Knowledge of the transport/logistics industry
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Owning, logging & ensuring all daily customer services contacts & queries received via telephone & email are worked through to resolution
  • Focus on communication and ensuring that any operational issues impacting customer shipments are proactively reported to the relevant customer teams and tracked through to resolution
  • Actioning customer complaints received and progressing to conclusion
  • Participating in customer projects
  • Other administration duties to support the running of the office daily
