Are you seeking administration work in Lisburn area , If so then this role could be for you !Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking an Administration Officer to work with our clients within the healthcare sector for a period of at least 6 months.This role will be a mix of Admin duties to include Processing information, filing, answering telephones. Liaising with healthcare professionals, scheduling of deliveries and collections and dealing with customers at the customer counter." 12 Month`s relevant experience ,Experience should be in a customer service/purchasing and logistics environment with regular use of patient administration computer systems and order processing computer systems." Five GCSE`s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A* to C) OR equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher qualifications." All applicants must have one year`s experience working with Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel and Outlook or similarThe hours of work are from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (37.50 hours per week).
