Job Title: Accounts Payable - Team LeaderLocation: LisburnSalary and Benefits: Up to £35k per annumHours of work: Office Based- Mon - Fri-9.00am- 5.30pm.Employment Type- PermanentInterview Process: Immediate InterviewsThe Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Business based in Lisburn. Due to ongoing growth they are keen to recruit an Accounts Payable Team Leader.This role will be responsible for leading the growing Accounts Payable team, organising and actively participating in all aspects of supplier invoicing, processing, payments and query resolutionThe Right role:You will manage the AP inbox, guide the workflow of your team and assist in complex query and account reconciliation, as well as working with the Treasury team in formulating multi-currency supplier payment runs. You will proactively pursue and implementprocess improvements, promoting an environment of strong internal control while providing leadership and support through periods of considerable volume growth. You will oversee the performance management of the team and above all, focus the team efforts onproviding excellent customer service both internally and to our wide-ranging portfolio of external suppliers.The Right Fit: Proven experience of leading an Accounts Payable team in a fast-paced environment Experience of driving process improvement and implementing efficiencies whilst maintaining best practice controls Experience of handling complex queries and reconciling supplier accounts Experience of using an ERP/accounting system to record accurate financial data. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable but not essential. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
