REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a successful client based in Lisburn who have a new opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their business and work as part of a busy team.This opportunity offers a degree of flexibility on working hours and is open to candidates looking for full time and part time work.This opportunity is office based.Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Assistant will provide support in a varied remit to include: Assisting with reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts Bank lodgements and payments Prepayments and accruals Provide information to HMRC for the movement of goods Provide administrative support to the Financial ControllerThe ideal person will have:Two years previous accounts experience and a part ATI / IATI qualification. Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining ledgers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team Strong organisational and communication skills.
