REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a client in the Lisburn area who are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their stable finance team.This is a full time permanent opportunity office based, and offers a competitive salary as well as excellent company benefits.Reporting to the Accountant, the Accounts Administrator will assist with: Processing subcontractor and supplier purchase invoices Processing CIS deductions Matching purchase invoices to orders and dockets Processing subcontractor payments Dealing with supplier queries General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning Answering telephone calls into the finance office General finance office duties as requiredApplicants will have previous accounts experience, ideally within the construction industry and will have specific sub-contractor experience.Applicants will have good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.Applicants will ideally have a working knowledge of Pegasus Opera as well as MS Excel.Please get in touch with Lizzy Lyons on and email an up to date cv to
