CLIENT SERVICE ADVISORShifts:Our client understand people have hectic lives and therefore they are offering flexible shifts. As long as you work your contracted hours they can work together to come up with a shift pattern that works with your home life and them. On offer are 30 up to36 hour contracts working between the hours of 8am and 7pm. You will be required to work a Saturday shift every 3rd week 8am to 2pm. Homeworking will also be an option when you pass your 3 month probation period, this will be a blend of home working and officeworking. This job would suit someone with experience of a Contact Centre environment, who enjoys providing customers their service with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in a customer service environment.Your job will be to liaise with customers via email and telephone to ensure their queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise.You will be results focused and have a positive outlook, with an eye for detail. You will also ensure you are up to date with our products and any changes in their industry.Full training on ther industry will be provided via an internal learning structure; however, we require someone committed to engaging in learning our industry as well as the products we provide, to ensure customers receive expert advice.
