Job Description

Shifts:3 weekdays 8am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 2pmAbout Us:You will have seen our client branded vehicles out and about before sunrise and you probably associate our client with the delivery of News and Magazines. Our Client is disrupting the logistics sector by investing in technology-based solutions to manage deliveries and returns in a multi-channel world.Award Winning Customer Service:Within their CCA (Customer Contact Association) Global Standards accredited Customer Service Centre the services they offer include handling all types of B2B and B2C inbound enquiries via various channels - telephone, email; managing outbound sales and service campaigns; processing of back office administration.The role:Our client is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to join their team who deal with a range of high-profile clients for whom they provide customer service support such as American Golf, NHS, UK Flooring Direct, Flying Tiger, Office Depot and many more Retailers throughout UK and Ireland. This job would suit someone with experience of a Contact Centre environment, who enjoys providing customers their service with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in a customer service environment. Your job will be to liaise with customers via email and telephone to ensure their queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise. Your job will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise.You will be commercially focused and have a positive outlook, with an eye for detail. You will also ensure you are up to date with our products and any changes in their industry.Full training on their industry will be provided via an internal learning structure; however, they require someone committed to engaging in learning our industry as well as the products they provide, to ensure customers receive expert advice.
