Payroll Administrator

Job Description

Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a well established organisation based in Paisley, to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This is a busy and varied role that would suit an experienced Payroll Administrator looking to managetheir own payroll end to end. The hours of work for this post are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.The main duties:

• Process aweekly payroll
• Checking and ensuring all payroll information is accurate
• Dealing with payroll queries
• Liaising with HMRC
• Processing new starters and leavers
• Processing SSP, SMP, SPP
• Maintain and update employee records where required
• Producing employee access cards
• Absence management/recording
• Generating payroll reports

The main requirements:

• Full end to end payroll experience is required
• A proactive, self-starter
• Good IT skills
• Strong team player
• Excellent communication skills
