Companys Motorsport and Racing sits within the CEO or Chief of Staff function and is responsible for all strategy, planningand delivery of successful motorsport activities for both the companys brands.Within this function is the Motorsport Finance Department whose responsibility includes the overall management, control, governance and reporting of approved motorsport programme budgets. Embedded within the Motorsport Department the Finance Team Membersremain part of companys wider finance function.Perfectly aligned to our strategic objectives, the Motorsport function echoes our new companys purpose, where the "Why and the What" are supported by our creators code behaviour, which is so fundamental to the success of a high-impact team, pushing theboundaries of sustainable performance on and off the track.As a result of its success, the Formula E World Championship has seen a new set of financial regulations come into force from 1 October this year and will align with the Championships technical and sporting regulations. Two sets of financial regulationswill be introduced, one for Formula E Teams and another for Formula E Manufacturers, both of which companys Motorsport will need to comply with, capping spending levels to offer greater consistency and sporting fairness across the competitor line-up.This role provides a genuine opportunity to help shape and influence the future direction and success of the function, playing a key part in the transition into a more challenging regulatory environment, but also supporting the success of the team primarilyin the technical area (R&D, Race Team and Sporting).The Role:
