Job Description

Private Client SolicitorA well-established South Staffordshire firm are looking to welcome a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in the wider Lichfield area. This role would suit a Solicitor with previous experience in a wide range of private client work looking for thenext step in their career. This firm handles a wide range of exceptionally high-quality work.Award winning law firm

  • Excellent benefits package including some hybrid or WFH options

  • Qualified solicitor required
  • Roles considered for 2-4 years pqe

  • STEP qualification desirable but NOT essential
The role
  • This is a fantastic Opportunity to join the practice in a high-level role that for the right candidate will allow you to develop and supervising less qualified team members.
  • You will be handling a busy top quality case load with the opportunity to contribute to business development activities.
  • The teams has a wide client base and exceptional client relationships.
The ideal candidate
  • In order to be considered for this position, you should be a qualified solicitor
  • You will be hard working and reliable with strong team working skills
  • You should have strong client management skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds
  • Working under pressure, you must have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise to a high level
  • The firm is keen to find someone looking for a step up, and you will need a natural ability to spot opportunities for developing new and existing client relationships and consequently, fee production.
  • You should have a strong commercial approach and technical excellence.
  • Our client is looking for someone who is at least 4 years PQE right through to Partner level. However, this is just a guideline and our client will accept applications from candidates who fall outside this PQE range.
