Do you have experience working with Key Stage Two students If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage Two Teaching Assistant to join a team of staff at a wonderful school in Lichfield. This full-time position is set to start in January 2024 and will run for at least one academic term.The school is a thriving two-form primary school located in the heart of Lichfield. The school pride themselves on creative curriculum, which is designed to engage and inspire the students. As a Key Stage Two Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital rolein supporting our students learning journey, helping them to reach their full potential.Main responsibilities:- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and dynamic lessons- Providing one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance- Assisting with the planning and preparation of classroom activities- Supporting students with their social and emotional development- Monitoring and tracking students progress, providing feedback to the class teacher- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all studentsRequirements:- Relevant experience working with Key Stage Two students- A genuine passion for education and supporting the students- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment- A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of studentsIn return, we offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, where your professional development is highly valued.
