Job Description

  • The job holder will ensure the delivery of planograms to stores that support availability, drive sales and make it easy for customers to shop the category.
  • The job holder will be passionate about merchandising and be able to articulate the principles for each plan set that is supported through data and insight.

  • Consistent merchandising principles by category by plan set
  • Accuracy of data contained within planograms
  • Ensuring all products and planogram fit
  • To create a live build of a category review to enable a visual walk through of merchandise
  • Using insight to aid decision makings
  • New stores and refits supported with data and timely
  • All products are accurately maintained within our central systems, eg. Gold, space planning
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders for planned change Present major range reviews to central and operational teams
  • Collaborate across the team
  • Use data to aid decision making
  • Seeking feedback on implementation for continuous improvement Input into the range review events PIR and FRTS
