Maintenance Engineer (Mon - Fri Days Based)Lichfield: Commutable from: Birmingham, Rugeley, Walsall, Wolverhampton£38,000 - £45,000 + Private Healthcare + Overtime + Pension + Critical Life Care + Competitive SalaryAre you an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable role working at a market leading company, with no weekend workOn offer is an excellent opportunity to work for a company with a great international reputation, offering you a permanent position with training and progression to make you the go to lead in their brand new multi million pound facility.This manufacturer have a great reputation and is the major player in their industry. They are well known for being market leaders in their sector and offer a great place to work for their employees.The role would suit an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer who wants to work in a brand new facility, that is predominantly skilled in electrical maintenance but also has mechanical experience.The Role:The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for providing preventative and reactive electrical maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of a state of the art facility.

  • Use skills to complete electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair activities across a range of equipment.
  • Support Maintenance shutdowns and project work
  • Ensure effective completion of on site reactive maintenance
The Candidate:
  • Able to fault find and repair motors, inverters, relays and contactors
  • Experience of PLC and SCADA
  • NVQ Level Three qualified with desirable 18th edition wiring regulations
  • Exposure to ABB Maintenance (robotics) - preferred not essential
