A fantastic temporary opportunity(Hybrid working) for a Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a large reputable organisation based in LichfieldResponsibilities:- Allocation of non-auto allocated subs (UK and international)- Direct Debit Collections (Proposal/Collection/Rejections)- General Account Maintenance (Identify refunds, write off proposals etc)- Dealing with and resolving credit balances- Identify and resolve all issues from subs invoicing- Invoicing, and processing for payment- Management of email inbox re: remittance and queries- Liaising with Billing, Credit Control, and wider teams in relation to all Sales Ledger related queries- Supporting the AR Manager with all aspects of Sales LedgerWhat youll need to succeedAs well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude is required, with the ability to effectively manage suppliers in order to maintain open and effective communications with suppliers at all times.#GleeTOBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Gleeson Recruitment Limited.
