Job Description

Bridging / Receivership Case Manager- full timeWe are seeking a dynamic and hardworking Case Manager to join our growing Property Receivership team. The candidate may have experience in property management or a professional services background and is looking for a change into a role that will handle all property types nationwide. Key Responsibilities:• Property inspections• Report writing• Managing the case tracker to ensure all tenancy details and statutory obligations are fulfilled.• Arranging building works• Tenant liaison and reporting to clients on a regular basis• Working on final statements on excel. The successful candidate will work in a small team reporting to an Associate Director. The role is a full-time position, based at our head office in Leytonstone. (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5.30PM). Other benefits include competitive pay and holiday allowance, numerous staff events throughout the year and a great company culture.Work with the team administrator on the receivership set up • Saving documents accurately in directories• Reviewing documents to prepare letters, reports and other word documents• Good formatting skills on Microsoft Word; ExcelDrafting the Receivership Report & Assist on Inspections & Follow up• Draft the receivership report to include the planning history; statutory enquiries; borrower’s financial history• Ability to undertake research on various websites for statutory information using appropriate sourcesManaging the Accounts Processes • Raising invoices• Accounting for rent collected• Liaising with the corporate accounts team to chase invoices & ensure they are paid• Assisting with the preparation of final statements• Keep final statements regularly updated so ready for redemptions at any time• Checking to ensure contractors invoices are properly addressed, sent to the lender & paid.Management of Cases Independently help manage the existing case management tracker ensuring the following:• Chase tenancy details• Ensure Rents are paid• Deposits are accounted for• Gas safety & electrical safety tests• Obtain tenders for contractorsManage the QA Process • Ensure the QA forms are completed in accordance with proceduresWork on Business Development• Assist on the coordination of lenders to approach• Help prepare presentation materials Confident phone manner• Liaise with local agents to understand prices• Chase contractors to ensure property tests are done
