Job Description

Hours are between 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday and Friday. Divided into a morning session (including visits) and afternoon session. Your duties include providing primary medical services to our patients by way of telephonic/clinic appointments, home visits and relevant administrative work. You will work to meet targets under QOF (the Quality and Outcomes Framework). You will perform other duties as may be reasonably required and your share of extended hours/access as required to meet the needs of the Practice. You may be required to cover for colleagues who are on holiday or absent for other reasons and will be remunerated on a pro rata basis or receive time off in lieu. Any additional paid work must be authorised in advance. We may review and change the timing and number of sessions and the duties to be undertaken by you, where this is reasonably required in the interests of the Practice - for example, to meet obligations/targets to provide extended hours or out of hours provision
