Job Description

Would you like to establish a career with a thriving and leading Home Improvements Manufacturer, just outside of NorwichOur client is seeking someone from a Customer Service/Administration background while experience within Account Management would be advantageous.Your Customer Service experience will stand you in good stead for answering queries and dealing with any complaints that may occasionally come through. Assisting with order processing and delivery coordination will also be key in this role.Furthermore, the successful candidate will be required to assist with the management of a large account and will play a key role in ensuring the best possible service is provided.Our client is seeking a dynamic and resilient individual who can work well under pressure and multi-task when required. You will have a can-do attitude and will be flexible with your approach.In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £20,787 - £22,652 dependent on experience, with potential development opportunities in the future. Additionally, you will be working core office hours of Monday to Friday 08:3017:00, however, there is flexibilitywith this if required.
