Conveyancing Legal Secretary Position Up to £28k per annumFull time / Part-Time - AvailableHybrid WorkingRole and responsibilitiesThis role will involve providing comprehensive conveyancing administrative support and management to the residential propertys Legal Director including when they are away from the officeMain responsibilities will include:Developing relationships with clients and communicating via telephone, email and occasionally face to faceDrafting and typing formal documents including missives, letters, faxes, email messages and all other relevant correspondence (e.g. LBTT forms, registration of deeds, etc.)Accurate and efficient audio typingResponsibility for file management including taking instructions, updating and amending files and ensuring settlements are monitored and prepared accordinglyThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Previous experience working within a Legal setting in a PA/Secretary capacity.Minimum 2 years conveyancing experienceMethodical and organised approach with careful attention to detailTrack record of effectively working to tight deadlinesAbility to work on your own initiative and prioritise own very busy workloadFlexible, dependable and able to multi-taskProficiency in all Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience in Denovo (desirable) .Excellent communication skills - both written & verbalAbility to build constructive working relationships within team, with colleagues and Management TeamWhy join our teamBenefits Package: a 35-hour working weekflexible working, to allow you to work around your lifestyle and commitments.generous annual leave of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 29 days holiday a year after 5 years serviceopportunities to learn and developSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
