The role:Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with a beautiful boutique Hotel in a trendy part of Edinburgh. This well positioned venue is recruiting for an ambitious Head Chef to lead and join their exciting Kitchen operations. You will also be helping to headup all the food delivery across this established site with implementation of menus, developing the team, redesigning the food menus, and rebuilding the reputation of the C&E business.The person:Our passionate, ambitious client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a real leader in the kitchen, someone who will harness the talent of the small brigade of eight, utilise the brands reputation to their advantage, to provide memorable classic food experiencesfor its lifestyle focused customers, and again put the location on the map as a noted place to dine.The ideal Head Chef candidate must have had prior experience of producing fresh quality food, to a minimum 1 rosette culinary level standard, and had experience of conference and banqueting.
