Head of GrowthHospitality / SaaSEdinburgh £30,000 Basic + OTE increasing to £60,000 Basic (Based on MBO target of MRR)Some people are always looking ahead; at how to grow, exceed and improve.Look at Amazon, they grew from revenues of $15.7 million in 1996 to $148 million in 1997, thats an increase of 843%! So Whats the roleYoull be working as the Head of Growth and youll be responsible for the growth and scaling of the company. This is a really exciting opportunity where you get to dictate and be responsible for the overall plans and strategy for growth across the entire company.Major focus of the role will be on the onboarding and long term success of customers What do I need to be able to do

  • Manage entire sales cycles of new and existing customers
  • Define go-to-market strategies for the product roadmap across the organisation
  • Execute strategies to increase and optimise revenue and user growth for the product
  • Work on the awareness, acquisition and activation stages as well as collaborate marketing and product features to drive user retention and referrals

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment
  • Youve grown and scaled other tech start-ups to mass in the past
  • Proven track record of growing products through your ideas and experimentation
  • Experience in hospitality or SaaS based industries
