Job Description

Were on the look-out for a full time (or flexible part time) Finance Coordinator to join our amazing team. Reporting into theFinance Director and working closely with the Senior Finance Executive, youll be integral in supporting in day-to-day financial transactions including the processing of accounts payable and receivable and other financial duties.The day to day:

  • Checking company expenses
  • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Processing Sales Ledger invoices
  • Issuing temporary contracts to candidates
  • Processing temporary payroll
  • Updating our recruitment sales board with relevant information
  • Ensuring all information on our CRM is accurate
  • Running credit checks for all new clients
  • Sending out customer information form to all new clients
  • Supporting with credit control
  • Support for the Senior Finance Assistant during holidays and any other periods of absence

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Helpful and proactive attitude
  • Finance experience is essential
