Job Description

Denholm is delighted to be partnered exclusively with a leading global learning and development solutions business. We are seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager to join their large marketing team. You have a passion for marketing, demand generation experienceand data-driven decision making with a desire to grow and learn in an exciting and rewarding team environment. You are a seasoned B2B marketer, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering international campaigns. Working in close partnershipwith both Marketing and Sales, you will create and implement demand generation campaigns that generate sales opportunities from new and existing accounts. The Role

  • Working under the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will develop the strategy and create the campaigns that effectively target our key verticals and audiences and deliver our demand generation objectives.
  • Define campaign journeys and proactively optimise these across email automation, paid search, digital display, social media, lead nurture, landing pages, affiliate marketing, content syndication, events and more.
  • Hold responsibility for the analytical reporting of campaigns across all channels, creating reports of varying depth to suit various stakeholders in the business. You will play a key role in marketing funnel reviews to track performance of both campaignand sales funnel productivity.
  • Work with the Content Team to create compelling marketing content and assets (marketing emails, landing pages, workflows) that effectively drive our demand generation. Through our marketing automation platform, Hubspot, who will use this content to createcompelling and impactful customer experiences.
  • Through data analysis you will be able to make recommendations on lead generation tactics and media mix recommendations and ultimately build the performance of campaigns and expand our campaign channels.
  • Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure we are meeting cost per lead goals and delivering impact and value against our spend.
  • Be fully engaged with key functions, such as Product and Sales, as well as the Global Marketing Team, to understand collective goals and share responsibility for delivering successful projects. These will include sales enablement, targeted customer marketing,regional marketing, event management and product marketing.
Requirements of the role
  • You will apply your proven track record in demand generation to deliver integrated digital campaigns that drive leads and results.
  • Understand and explore buyer personas to support targeted marketing activities aligned to the buying cycle.
  • Use your hunger to always improve to identify new demand generation opportunities including third party lead generation platforms.
  • Experience working with marketing automation systems and CRMs (Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable).
  • Analyse and understand marketing data and develop plans to adjust tactics from these insights.
  • Use your project management skills to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for web and email.
  • Be results focused with a drive to meet campaign goals and targets
  • Youll be all over the metrics and will obsessively track the performance of campaigns

Skills and experience
  • You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering demand generation campaigns that produce results
  • Previous marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Enabling effective team-working and collaboration in order to achieve collective goals
  • Ability to plan and maximise the use of resources to make best use of time to meet deadlines
  • Being highly disciplined and organised, with well-honed self-management
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator demonstrating imagination and creativity with an eye for detail
  • Expert at project management and cross-functional/cross-regional collaboration
This role can be fully remote.
