Job Description The Lifeways Group are currently looking to expand their fantastic team of Support Workers in our new build service in Leith.£11.10 per hourwith paid enhancements over the festive period and the opportunity for overtime.Heron Court is a purpose-built supported living accommodation housing 24 individual flats which are tailored to housing residents with Learning Disabilities and Autism.Youll either be an enthusiastic person with plenty of patiencelooking for a career changeto bring new life and experiences into our service or youll be anexperienced Support Workerwith a background incomplexemotionalorbehaviouralsettingslooking for a change and wanting to be part of a team that will make a difference to individuals with additional and complex needs to give them new opportunities in their life both at home and in the community.Youll get a fully paid induction with ongoing training and support from a dedicated Manager plus the opportunity to undertake a qualification in health and social care funded by Lifeways Group plus so much more when you join.We work within the principles of person-centred support, enabling development and inclusion in their everyday lives within their home and wider community.
