Residential Conveyancing SolicitorStarting Point Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity fora Residential Conveyancing Solicitor toan existing team of a Paralegal and Conveyancing Secretary based at our prestigous clients Aldridge office.The role is office based, Monday- Friday, 9.00 a.m.5.00 p.m. 1 hour lunch.Required skills & experience for aResidential Conveyancing Solicitor

• Experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with ability to handle own caseload
• Good track record of developing business
• Great client care skills
• Build on existing relationships with Estate Agents
• IT skillsExperience with electronic working and modern Case Management Systems, Completion Monitor.

Other Information

• Holidays: 31 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) per year
• Yearly appraisals, Quarterly Supervisions, open door policy
