Job Description

We are actively looking to engage a Transport & Fleet Co-ordinator for an exciting role in Castle Donington!Client DetailsThe opportunity as a Transport & Fleet Co-ordinator will be working for one of the leading companies in the supply chain and logistics sectors. With over 1,000 vehicles stationed at sites across the UK, my client is one of the fundamental players in thesector.DescriptionThe successful Transport & Fleet Co-ordinator will report daily into the Transport & Fleet Manager for Logistics. They will be responsible for maintaining the transport fleet data and ensuring updated systems & records. You will also cover the followingareas from the Castle Donington base:

  • Responsibility for MOTs, TACHO, RFL, Accounts, Fuel Cards and Driver information within a company wide fleet management systems.
  • All toll and driver exchange payments across the network
  • Ordering and monitoring of all PPE for employees.
  • On-boarding of new starter information and daily checks within the fleet management software. This includes issuing warnings and reminders to current transport staff.
ProfileThe successful candidate will be either an experience transport professional or administrator. You could also come from a fleet management or rental background. You will also be able to commute to the Castle Donington, in Leicestershire and have the followingskills set:
  • 1+ years in transport & fleet administration
  • Commutable to the Castle Donington area of Leicestershire.
  • Experience with servicing and scheduling maintenance such as MOT, servicing, audits, compliance etc.
