Job Description

Alecto Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Solar PV Project Manager.£35,000 - £45,000 basic + Overtime, company vehicle, uniform.Our client are one of the best in the country when it comes to Renewable energy systems. From the Beginning, they have strived to provide their customers with a complete one stop service for all of their Energy needs, thus avoiding the inevitable issues that come with employing a variety of separate contractors.They are now searching for an experienced Project Manager to join their award winning team. The sucessful applicant will be an effective individual with the ability to lead end to end commercial projects and ensure on time delivery, within budget and to the high quality standards that our client expects.Key tasks include:

  • End to end project management of commercial solar PV and battery storage projects.
  • Site team management
  • Daily reporting of progress, quality, and health & safety
  • Client ownership
  • Programme management
  • Site stock and cost control
  • Design input
  • Problem solving
    • Candidates must possess:
  • Commercial Solar PV delivery experience
  • Experience of managing multi-trade teams
  • Sound mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Track record of managing safety in a construction environment
  • Good working knowledge of various IT platforms, particularly MS Project & Excel
  • Full clean dirivng license
  • The desire to work away for prolonged periods through the week where required
    • Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per yearExperience:
  • Commercial Solar: 2 years (Required)
  • Site Management: 2 years (Required)
