SITE PROJECT MANAGERPermanent, Mon-Fri, Days, Retail/Hospitality sectorSalary: £45,000-£52,000p/a + remote (some travel) + laptop/mobile + Hotel/car allowance and more!Responsibilities:- A proven track record in project management in construction/building or similar- Overseeing projects from initial start with architects to final completion- Sourcing sub contractors, pricing, costing with electricians, plumbers, shop fitters, painters/decorators- Proficient in scheduling of projects using current Project management software - (Microsoft projects, Asana or similar- Ability to meet tight deadline and good communication with stakeholders- Must be a self-motivated and highly organised.- Hands-on, can-do attitude with the initiative to work as a team and individually.- SMSTS/CSCS Card (essential) or Construction Management qualifications- In-depth knowledge of construction regulations & Health & Safety.- Full UK Driving LicenseGraduates welcome to apply with min 3 years working background.CLICK & APPLYAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
